My passion is for art, the arts and crafts movement and country house interiors. I source items that are made from good quality materials, well made, attractive and will last many generations and occasionally with assistance from professional restorers help items return to the state they were when first made. My father and Grandfather were antique dealers and after leaving the RN in 1984 I had four years in the 1980's as a full time antique dealer then spent decades working for others gazing out of windows with the hope of returning to the antique business and finally started Graham Deakin Antiques at the end of 2024.

This Georgian style serpentine mahogany chest of drawers features a curved front design, typical of the period. Constructed from mahogany, it is characterised by its elegant lines and traditional craftsmanship. The approximate date of creation is mid 20th century. This chest includes multiple drawers for storage, maintaining a classic aesthetic suitable for various interior settings. In solid condition with some marks on the top as shown.
